SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for order processing. Orders will be shipped out after 3 business days max. Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Please account for at least 10 business days to receive your order.

Beauty & Hair orders are shipped only during our business hours which are 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday only *weekends excluded*.

After products purchased are shipped, we will no longer be able to accept them as returns as we have a no refund policy. 

We strongly advise against waiting until the last minute to place your order.

We suggest you plan for unanticipated delays.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
