Order Processing, Shipping, Delivery & Returns FAQ

If I place my order today, when will I receive my products?

  • Please allow up to 7-14 business days for production and processing before shipping.

Orders are shipped only during our business hours which are 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday.

Please note that holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

     When will I receive my products if I select Overnight shipping? 

    • Please note that the processing time (up to 7-14 business days) still remains for products bought with ‘overnight shipping’.
    • Once the order is processed, your order should be delivered within 1-2 business days of it being shipped.

    Do you ship to PO Boxes?

    • Products will not ship to PO boxes.
    My billing address is different than my shipping address. Is this fine?
    •  Unfortunately, it is not fine. In an effort to reduce fraudulent transactions, we will ONLY ship to the billing address associated with the credit card used for your payment.
    I ordered online, but now want to change it or cancel it, can I?
    •  Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, order processing begins. As a result, order modifications and cancellations are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

    We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before submission.

    Can I get a refund or exchange my products?

    •  We do not issue refunds or exchanges on any beauty products or hair units.
    •  Hair Units are all made per order, as such, we DO NOT ACCEPT any exchanges, refunds or cancellations.
    • In addition, Federal law does not permit the return human hair products that have been used or handled in any way. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hygiene concerns and federal law.

    We hope that you understand and carefully choose the products that best suits your needs!

    What do I do if my order is delayed?

    • We strongly advise against waiting until the last minute to place your order.
    • We suggest you plan for unanticipated delays.
    • We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
